He came out twice to walk the grounds and come up with a good estimate. We had a first class experience with Superior Landcare. It started with our first meeting to review the scope of our landscape project. Carlos, the owner, was on time and professional. He listened to the concept we had in mind and gave us plant suggestions that would meet our vision. He suggested boulder placement and gravel selection. He helped up sketch the layout of our project for approval by our HOA. He gave us an itemized quote that broke down the entire process of labor, materials, and plants so there was no assumptions about what we were getting. He started the work on schedule and finished the work, 100%, within the time frame he quoted. Carlos is very professional and easy to work with. We had 5 trees trimmed this past weekend, and I am so satisfied that I recommend Superior. Carlos was initially very responsive and provided a quote very quickly. His price was fair, not the highest nor the lowest. When they arrived, Carlos introduced me to the crew. Not only was the crew on the large side at 4 people, the trucks and equipment that they had was quite new and impressive. They did an excellent job in pruning our trees, which were trimmed a year ago. They thinned out the branches and opened up the trees, rather than the buzz cut that some gardeners provide. They were meticulous in cleaning up our yard afterwards, which really sealed the deal. These guys are the real deal, and I will look to do business with them again.
